A former bank director, managing director of a credit factory and general representative of a building company, has been working at macrosConsult GmbH since October 2015. He heads the Banking and Business Consulting division. Based on his banking experience, he relies on competent process and digitization management with a view of holistic process and specialist consulting to achieve the objective of optimizing and implementing bank processes and identifying cost-rationalization opportunities. Digitization and Business Process Management are key areas of consulting for him.
Dr. Wolfgang Botschatzke

An economist with long-time banking senior executive experience, IT Director and Management Consultant, he is responsible for strategic IT consulting and corporate governance. Dr. Wolfgang Botschatzke has more than 30 years of specialist, management and executive experience with renowned financial services companies. Since January 2015 Dr. Botschatzke is Partner, Managing Director and Management Spokesman of macrosConsult GmbH.
Guido Fischer
Shareholder and Managing Director
An IT-Software expert and long-time management consultant, formerly head of an international SW product house, he has held management positions at macros since 1998 and has been a partner of macrosConsult GmbH since 2016. Today, he is responsible for the IT Project and Test Service business unit, an area supported by and based on his many years of experience in renowned customer projects, the implementation of application services, test management and implementation, multi-channel service and corporate management.
Andreas Gast
Managing Partner and authorized officer
A graduate Sparkassenbetriebswirt with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry is an experienced project manager in major banking strategic IT projects and IT service providers. Since 2002, he successfully oversees project management functions and overall project management level in IT strategy, migration, rollout and outsourcing projects of banks and IT service providers of all institute groups. Andreas Gast currently leads the project office of a large cooperative migration project, one of the largest IT projects nationwide. With his many years of industry experience and extensive consulting expertise, he has been strengthening the management team of macrosConsult GmbH since July 2017 as Managing Partner.

A certified savings bank business economist Peter Wirths has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a bank and savings bank senior executive, he has extensive strategic expertise and management experience. At the dwpbank he was responsible for two major migration projects and a comprehensive strategy program, et al. Since 01.05.2018 he is a partner at macros Consult GmbH.
Eckhard Häusler
Shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board
A banker and graduate in Business Administration, founded the management consultancy macrosConsult GmbH in 1998. His fundamental education and many years of experience in the introduction of new banking and application solutions for sales and marketing as well as in the optimization of organizational processes of banks, savings banks and insurance companies made him an expert in the financial services sector.
